Over the last few years, growth in the city of Waunakee has resulted in new development on the outskirts of the city. This multi-tenant retail building represents the second phase of the commercial component of a mixed-use development along Highway Q just south of downtown. It was designed to integrate with the modern farmhouse design aesthetic of the adjacent neighborhoods.
