Lucky is the multi-family residential component of USquare, a multi-use building just south of the University of Wisconsin’s Madison campus. To create additional amenities for the building tenants, this project expanded the existing rooftop terrace, adding such amenities as a shaded canopy with outdoor TV, fire pit and hot tub.
