Located south of Waunakee in the Kilkenny Farms development, this 82-apartment complex is designed to integrate with the surrounding neighborhood’s modern farmhouse aesthetic. With a steep slope from northeast to southwest, the site presented some unique challenges in building design and site planning. Because of this, we spread the units out over three different buildings, with the central building containing user amenities such as a clubhouse with kitchen, leasing office and fitness room.
