One of the newest options for student housing near the University of Wisconsin-Madison campus, this project came about due to a unique partnership between the developer and the alpha chapter of the Alpha Chi Sigma fraternity. This building both integrates with its surroundings and stands out with its modern, understated design. The compact site houses eighteen market-rate apartments along with living and event space for the fraternity.
